Refurb Turned Rebuild

The client initially wanted a refurb and redesign, so they consulted a Cambridge architect who priced the project higher than a redesigned new build would typically cost. We then suggested demolishing the existing structure and rebuilding it using best building practices, which also made the project VAT free. The client was really happy with this idea—so much so that the new design is an exact replica of their father’s house in Cumbria.
