Detached 4-Bed in Essex Countryside

.This incredible project in Essex saw a former RAF officers' mess transformed into a sustainable and modern home. The original structure wasn’t simply renovated—it was carefully dismantled and fully recycled, with materials either repurposed on-site or responsibly processed for reuse elsewhere. In its place, we built a brand-new, energy-efficient home spanning 3,400 square feet. Solar panels line the roof, providing clean, renewable energy, and the entire property proudly holds an A rating for energy efficiency. It was a rewarding experience to honour the site's history while creating a forward-thinking, environmentally responsible space.
